Resident ‘bro’ Marcus can no longer imagine his future self. Everything is crumbling around him as he spirals out of control, uncertain of what to gift his new-born daughter for her very first Christmas.

Marcus, le gentil ‘bro’ du quartier, n’arrive plus à se projeter dans l’avenir. Tout s’écroule et s’effondre, et dans son grand désespoir il est incertain de savoir quoi offrir à sa fille de deux mois pour son premier Noël.

En Pointe is now behind us and the entire Tableau D’Hôte Theatre team thanks you for joining us on this beautiful adventure with us these past few months. It was the joy of a lifetime to create theatre for, with and about the people of the Pointe and we very much hope to be back again. Land acknowledgement

Tableau D’Hôte Theatre is located on the Indigenous lands of the Kanien’kehá:ka (Mohawk) nation of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. Tiotià:ke (known as Montréal) has existed as a meeting place of many First Nation peoples, including but not limited to the Abenaki , Anishinaabeg (Algonquin), and the Huron-Wendat. We extend our deepest respect to the elders of these nations and to all Indigenous peoples who carry the history of this island’s land and waters. We also call upon all levels of government to adopt and implement the 94 recommendations of the Truth and Reconciliation commission.
